with either if qtap determines, in its sole discretion, that your use violates any
applicable law and/or otherwise constitutes a breach these Terms and Conditions in
any way. Your right to access and use the Site, the Services and/or any Game is
provided at our discretion, and your account may be suspended or terminated at any
time and for any reason. No material from the Site or any Game may be copied,

Party of this Terms and Conditions and bear all obligations and responsibility
directly to qtap. You also agree that, as a third-party beneficiary to any such end
user license agreement, qtap shall have the right to enforce such license against
you.
2. All Games, text, data, graphics files, sound files and other materials
contained in the Site and/or promoted or made available on the Site and/or through
the Services are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of qtap
and/or a supplier to qtap. No such materials may be used except as provided in these
Terms and Conditions, or written notice of qtap.
3. All trade names, trademarks, and images and biographical information of
people contained in the Site, the Services and/or any Games are either the property
of, or used with permission by, qtap. The use of these materials by you is
prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions. Any
unauthorized use of these materials may violate the copyright, trademark, and other
proprietary rights of qtap and/or third parties, as well as the laws of privacy and
publicity, and other regulations and statutes. Nothing contained in this Agreement,
and Game, or in the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication or
otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark or other proprietary
information without the express written consent of the owner thereof.
4. Any and all virtual goods and/or virtual currency provided by the Site,
the Services, or as part of any Game are provided solely for your personal
entertainment and use solely as part of your use and enjoyment of the Site and/or
any applicable Game or Games. Their use is subject to these Terms and Conditions as
applicable. All virtual goods and virtual currency are licensed to you, are not your
personal property, and no ownership interest in them is transferred to you. The
prices charged and the quantities made available, as well as the kinds of virtual
goods and virtual currencies made available, may be changed by qtap at any time and
with or without notice in its sole discretion. Any and all such virtual goods and
virtual currency may also be changed or discontinued at any time with or without

monetary value from qtap or any other third party. If the Games, Service, Site or
any other application provides availability transfer of virtual goods or virtual
currency such transfer may not be performed in exchange of real money in any
currency or form (including all types of cryptocurrencies), if such exchange takes
place between players, users or any other Party, except qtap.
5. It is prohibited to share, transfer and give access (hereinafter
"transfer") your account, its credentials (incl. login and password) to any other
legal or natural person. You may not transfer access to your Games, Site or
Services, unless otherwise specified by qtap. Any transfer of account shall
constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions and copyright infringement.
6. While qtap uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date
information in the Site and the Services, as well as the Games, qtap makes no
warranties or representations as to its accuracy. qtap assumes no liability or
responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site, the Services
and/or any Game.
7. When you register with qtap and/or this Site, the Services and/or any
Game, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements,
disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services,
or other records or correspondence from qtap. You consent to receive notices
electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you by email. Please note, that
all push-notifications on your phone are subject to third party provider

of you as an author, change them in any way possible without any discrimination,
insult or any other damage to you dignity or personal reputation. No payment or
remuneration shall be paid for acquiring aforementioned intellectual property. If
applicable law constitutes mandatory payment for acquiring or using you comments or
suggestions, you waive such rights by sending comments or suggestions. If such
waiver is not possible, qtap does not acquire copyright, intellectual property
rights or other forms of property for your comments or notifications, but retains
all rights connected to disclosure of such information.

11. DMCA Notice
